A few useful answers.
Do I need everything ready before I start?
No. You can place your order before everything is ready. Start with your business name, main services, service area, and contact details. I'll explain which photos or other materials, if any, I need for your draft and help with the wording. The seven-day timeframe begins only when payment and those agreed essentials have arrived, not simply when you place the order. I'll confirm your draft due date.
What does the $50 a month cover?
Hosting, SSL, website backups, routine checks, one standard .com with managed renewal, one business mailbox, and reasonable small updates to existing content. New pages and larger changes are separate and agreed first.
What counts as a small update?
Adding a recent job photo to an existing gallery, changing hours or a phone number, or adjusting a few lines of existing text. A new page, a new feature, or rewriting the whole website is different work.
Can I keep my existing domain and email?
Yes. Tell me what you already use before anything is changed. We can connect your domain and preserve an existing email service. We'll agree who manages domain renewal, and any separate provider charges, before launch.
Will my website show up first on Google?
I don't promise a particular position or a number of inquiries. I'll build in sensible search foundations, including clear service information, descriptive page titles, and a site that's easy to use. Ongoing SEO campaigns are not included in the standard care plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No minimum care term. Cancel before the next renewal and the service continues through the period you've paid for. Your paid-for website and domain are yours to take. Installation elsewhere or moving email history may need separately quoted work.
Can I order now and speak to you later?
Yes. You can choose a standard package and get started online at any time. I'll review the brief and contact you about the next steps. Ordering at night doesn't mean you have to wait until morning to make a start.
Can we meet instead?
Yes, local meetings can be arranged. Call, text, or email me and we'll find a suitable time and place.
