Getting a website built is one job. Keeping it online, keeping the details current, and knowing who to ask when something needs attention is the ongoing part.
That's what the care plan is for.

I'll manage the hosting and SSL certificate, which provides an encrypted connection between your site and its visitors. You won't need to navigate a hosting control panel to keep the site running.
An address that belongs to your business.
One standard .com registration and managed renewal are included while care is active. The domain is registered in your name, not held over you as a reason to stay.
Already own a domain? We can use it. We'll agree whether I manage renewal or you keep it with your existing registrar. Premium names, extra domains, and other extensions may involve separate charges, agreed before purchase.
Email that matches your business.
One business mailbox and initial setup help are included. The address uses your domain, and the mailbox storage allowance is shown before you order.
An existing email service can stay where it is. I'll check that arrangement before changing website or domain settings. Extra mailboxes, larger storage, or moving old email history may need a separate quote.
The useful little changes are included.
Send me a photo of a job you've finished. Let me know your hours have changed. Ask me to update an existing service description or replace an old phone number.
Reasonable, small changes to existing content are included. Think of the everyday five- or ten-minute jobs that keep your site useful and accurate.
A new page is $75. New features, significant redesigns, and large batches of changes are different work. I'll explain the scope and agree any extra cost before starting it. There are no surprise editing charges.
Backups and routine attention.
I'll maintain website backups and carry out routine checks. If there's a problem within the service I manage, I'll investigate and work on getting it resolved.
Backups are a recovery measure, not a guarantee that no data can ever be lost. Keep your original business photos and documents as well. Website backup arrangements do not automatically mean that every mailbox message is separately archived.
A person, not another thing to figure out.
You can call, text, or email me. I live on North Padre Island and serve Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend.
Messages are welcome at any time. This is personal support, not a staffed 24-hour emergency service. I'll confirm the next steps and timing for your request.
Billing that follows the website.
Pay for the build when you order. Authorize monthly care in the same checkout. Your first $50 care payment is taken when the approved website goes live, with the launch date confirmed beforehand.
After that, care renews monthly until cancelled. Applicable tax is shown separately. Your first draft and private review period do not start the monthly charge.
No minimum term. No ownership games.
Cancel before the next renewal and care continues through the period you've paid for. You keep your domain, supplied content, and paid-for website under the service terms.
A standard website export and domain handoff are included. Installing it on a different host or moving email history can involve separately quoted migration work. You do not need to buy that extra work to receive the ordinary handoff.
